Monitor daily productivity of phone screeners and provide couching and necessary training for phone screeners; Employee engagement to increase participation of employee referral program; Promote sourcing promo online and offline to all channels such as Employee Referral Program, Applicant Referral Program and Digital ; Implement offsite activations such as job fairs (school, government, and community), and recruitment hub; Daily monitoring offsite productivity and staff performance; Coordinate with LGUs and schools about job openings through meetings and ocular visits; Partnering with schools and LGUs for leads generation and events.
